Location: Portland Metro Area, Oregon - hybrid position between working from home, working from customer sites and connecting in person with Trade Allies
Travel: Positions serve Energy Trust of Oregon territory with up to 50% day travel to sites

We are seeking a motivated, account management-focused, relationship-focused New Buildings Outreach Manager to support Energy Trust of Oregon's New Buildings Program across the Willamette Valley and Southern Coast regions.
Position Overview
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for industrial contractors, trade allies, vendors, and customers. You will build relationships, identify energy efficiency project opportunities, guide contractors through program tools and requirements, and connect trade allies and customers with the right energy efficiency resources. You will also maintain accurate project and relationship records, coordinate with internal teams, and share market feedback that helps improve program delivery.
